Yellow 3D Printed Shape

FDM 3D Printer

A popular option for rapid prototyping, FDM uses thermoplastic materials such as Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and Polylactic Acid (PLA), among others.Fast and affordable 3D printing

SLA 3D Printer

  • Uses photopolymers to create give shape to even the most complex geometries. Photopolymer resins get hardened when exposed to light. Perfect for visual prototyping.

Our 3D printing services step by step process

  1. Firstly customer contact with us, with the help of our website/ Instagram account/ Facebook account about 3D printing.

  2. Then we discus with customer about their product requirement like design color, filament, infill etc. If they give design us otherwise we create our own design with the help of customer requirement.

  3. Then we will create product’s . STL file with the help of slicer software (slicer is the 3d printer    software). Following are the steps to create .STL file

  4. Download the 3D Print Exporter Plugin from ZBrush.

  5. Select the ZPlugin menu.

  6. Click 3D Print Exporter.

  7. Define and scale your dimensions.

  8. Select STL > STL Export.

  9. Save.

Once you have optimized your part using the above steps, it is ready to export as an .STL file.

After the creation of .STL file we start FDM/ SLA 3D printing step by step that steps as shown in below:

  • A spool of thermoplastic filament is first loaded into the printer. Once the nozzle has reached the desired temperature, the filament is fed to the extrusion head and in the nozzle where it melts.

  • The extrusion head is attached to a 3-axis system that allows it to move in the X, Y and Z directions. The melted material is extruded in thin strands and is deposited layer-by-layer in predetermined locations, where it cools and solidifies. Sometimes the cooling of the material is accelerated through the use of cooling fans attached on the extrusion head.

  • To fill an area, multiple passes are required (similar to coloring a rectangle with a marker). When a layer is finished, the build platform moves down (or in other machine setups, the extrusion head moves up) and a new layer is deposited. This process is repeated until the part is complete.
