TPU is a unique type of 3D printing material that is rubbery and flexible, allowing a great deal of versatility in your models. Different blends can offer different levels of flexibility, but may require some additional calibration to tune the settings just right.
TPU is a filament that is flexible and yet has high stability. As a result, it can be used in many sectors. It proves to be resistant, with the end product withstanding external loads very well.
TPU can be processed not only with the SLS process, but also with the classic FDM process. This makes many devices suitable for printing models from this filament.

3D Printer TPU Filament
- Melt tempertaure: 220°C
- Print bed tempeature: 160°C
- Stroage: Cool and dry (15-25°C),away from UV light.
- Type of the extruder: Direct Drive extruder is recommended
- Cooling: part cooling fan is recommended (medium or high setting)
- Enclosure: not necessary
- Build Surface: Kapton tape (PEI), blue painter’s tape
